1/4 cup of mix makes about two 6-inch pancakes.

Yes, we only have one product at this time for internet orders. 

We have a bakery in Springville, Utah that specializes in sourdough products (primarily breads) that we wholesale (click here for our website).  This product, however, ships well over the entire United States, so we offer it online.

Shipping is the same for 1 or 2 bags (the padded flat rate envelope can hold up to 2 bags of pancake mix).

Great for breakfast, breakfast for dinner, and camping.  It's simple, versatile, and has a great taste that really is not very sour at all.
